If you order a number of items, all items will be shipped at one time.

If you need something gift wrapped and a personal card included, please include information about your requirements in the ‘Message’ field during checkout.

Although Amonisra pays attention to the availability of products, an item may have gone out of stock at the time of your order. If this happens, we will contact you via email. You will then have the option to wait for the product back in stock along the time you have been informed via email. If you don’t want to wait, you can choose another item or receive a refund.

Upon confirmation, the order will be sent to Amonisra for processing. While every effort will be made to ensure the colour, design, and style of the products displayed on the Amonisra website are representative of the original products, slight variations may occur for technical and other reasons. Amonisra shall not be liable for any error or inaccuracy in the photographs or graphical representations of the products displayed on our website. Amonisra has the right to cancel any order placed by a customer with whom it has had a dispute concerning a prior order, or if Amonisra has reasonable ground to suspect that such customer has violated these terms and conditions, or is engaged in fraudulent activites.

Can I change my order once its placed?

You can not change your order once its placed due to administrative reasons. Please contact us and we will cancel the order, which allows you to re-order.

What if I’m having trouble placing order?

How will I know you received my order and when will payment be deducted?

You will receive an email confirmation as soon as your payment has been received by Amonisra. This email will confirm that your order has been received and will inform you about the process.

What happens if I place an order for a piece that is no longer in stock?

Amonisra takes a lot of care to ensure that all pieces on our website are available for sale. If for some reason the item you have purchased is out of stock, we will notify you within 48 hours of your order and advise you of the estimated delivery time. If you are not pleased with delayed time and want your money back, please let us know and we will refund it. If you won’t inform us within 48 hours after we informed you about the delay, we will assume that you have accepted the delayed time and we will continue the process of the order.
